    Recipe
    Servings: 2-3
    Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    2.5 cups frozen stir fry vegetables
    salt and pepper for seasoning
    Sauce:
    1 tsp liquid aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbs minced ginger
