The salads at Chick Fil A are customizable. The two ingredients to watch out for is the type of chicken and dressing. Choose the grilled chicken over the breaded chicken. The breaded, fried chicken has double the amount of calories. The better options are the chicken filet, spicy chicken filet or grilled nuggets. At 130-140 calories these protein options are a much better choice than the Chick-N-Strips (360 calories) and the traditional nuggets (260 calories).
