A Happier You

Feeling happy and making healthy food choices often go together. A Happier You ® is a 7-week program that helps you boost your enjoyment in life, motivation, and connection with others, which we know is a key part of any healthy lifestyle. Based in positive psychology, the program teaches you how to make a habit out of a positive mindset, guiding you through specific exercises in the areas of mindfulness, gratitude, personal strengths, accomplishments, kindness, laughter, and love. Dr. Scott Glassman, who developed the program and wrote the book, is a psychologist and Director of the Master in Applied Positive Psychology Program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
